The Brasserie at The Swan Hotel serves some of the town’s finest cuisine.

Whether you eat in our relaxing Brasserie or grab a quick sandwich or snack in our coffee shop you are guaranteed the pick of Staffordshire’s local produce.

We work closely with local suppliers and producers to ensure that all our menus, from Vegetarian to A La Carte, are made from only the freshest and finest ingredients and, where possible, are free of genetically modified products.

All of our food is prepared to order, maintaining the freshness and quality.

In addition to our A La Carte menu we offer set menus for both lunch and dinner:   

The Lunchtime set menu is priced at only £10.95 for two courses, £12.95 for three and is served Monday to Saturday.          

The Set Evening menu is priced at £13.95 for two courses, £17.95 for three and is served Monday to Friday.

On Sundays we offer both a fixed price lunch and evening menu.  Lunchtime is one course £9.95, two courses £14.95 and three courses £17.95.  Dinner is priced at £13.95 for two courses and £17.95 for three

We are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements and simply ask that you bring these requests and any specific food allergies to our attention when placing your order.
