In the hotel’s fully air-conditioned award winning Brasserie, we can cater for informal sit down meals for up to 70 guests, experience some of the finest foods in Staffordshire with the relaxed elegance, fine wines and excellent service.

We have some a selection of fixed price menus starting from just £15.95 for three courses.  These menus are only available to pre-booked parties over 12.
