Do you have a car park?

We offer free parking to our hotel residents, when you arrive please go to the hotel reception to collect a parking permit.
The post code for the car park is ST16 2AJ. Please note that this is different but very similar to the hotel post code which is ST16 2JA.

Are you dog friendly?

Your four-legged friends are very welcome to visit the Swan Hotel.
Dogs are allowed everywhere excluding the Brasserie, you may dine with your dog in our bar and lounge areas.

In regards to staying with us, we do have a set few rooms in which we allow dogs to stay in, please phone us direct to book a dog friendly room on 01785 258142.

There is a small charge of £10 per dog, per stay.

Accessibility

The hotel restaurant and bar facilities are all on the ground floor.
We do not have any ground floor bedrooms however the hotel does have a lift.
Please bear in mind that there are additional stairs to access some of the rooms. To ensure you are allocated a room which do not require you climbing any stairs at all please call our team direct on 01785 258142 and they will happily arrange that for you.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is from 3pm on the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee an early check in, however, if your room is ready before 3pm you are welcome to check in early at no charge.

Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.

What time is breakfast served for residents?

Monday – Friday             07:00am – 10.30am
Saturday & Sunday         08:00am – 10:30am
